Right of withdrawal

1. A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:

• the product has not been used

• it is not a product that has been specially tailored or adapted for the consumer

• it is not a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (eg Pillows)

• the consumer has not waived his right of withdrawal

2. The reflection period of 14 days as referred to in paragraph 1 commences:

on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order

3. The consumer can make his appeal to the right of withdrawal known via info@annaslandelijkehuisje.nl, if desired using the withdrawal form that can be downloaded from the Anna's Landelijke Huisje website.

4. The consumer is obliged to return the product to Anna's Landelijke Huisje within 14 days after making known his right of withdrawal. In case of defects in the transfer of 14 days, the customer's right of withdrawal will lapse.

5. The costs for returns are only for the account of the customer.

6. If the purchase costs and any other costs (such as shipping and return costs) qualify for reimbursement according to the law, Anna's Landelijke Huisje will refund these costs to the consumer within 14 days after receipt of the timely appeal to the right of withdrawal. condition that the consumer has returned the product to Anna's Landelijke Huisje on time.

7. During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Anna's Rural House.

8. If the product is not satisfactory, the customer is expected to request a return form by email from Anna's Landelijkehuisje, via info@annaslandelijkehuisje.com
