Delivery of your item (s) If you have placed an order with us, we will immediately start working for you. The products ordered by you will be collected and made ready for dispatch. Before the package is sent, it will first be checked for the correct products. This way you can be sure that you will always receive the products you want. Delivery time We strive to deliver your orders within 1 to 2 working days. After your order has been paid, checked and approved, it will be shipped immediately. You will then receive a track and trace code with which you can track your package. What is a tracking code? If the order is too large for the letterbox, it will be sent as a package. When your package is registered with PostNL, a tracking code will be sent to your e-mail address. You can follow the order with the tracking code, so you can see exactly where your package is in the delivery process. Shipping costs In order to be able to deliver the products you ordered as quickly as possible, we work together with PostNL. Would you like to have your order shipped? For domestic standard shipping, this comes to a contribution of € 7.25 per package. For Belgium this comes to € 11 (insured up to Euro 500)
Why not free shipping?
This is quite easy. Costs are incurred to send parcels. Most of the web shops that offer free shipping charge the shipping costs by means of a surcharge on the sales price of the products.
We think this is unfair. This means that customers who order multiple products are punished, as they pay the storage costs for each product. Webshops that do not charge shipping costs therefore earn extra on the so-called "free shipping"! We like to keep costs transparent. 11. Retention of title
1. Anna's Landelijke Huisje remains the owner of all delivered products until the customer has fully complied with all his payment obligations with regard to Anna's Landelijke Huisje on the basis of any agreement concluded with Anna's Landelijke Huisje, including claims regarding shortcomings in the compliance.

12..Delivery
1. Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2. Delivery takes place via dispatch.
3. Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address indicated by the customer.
4. If the agreed amounts are not paid or not paid on time, Anna's Landelijke Huisje has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed part has been paid.
5. In case of late payment, there is a default of creditors, with the result that the customer cannot invoke a late delivery against Anna's Landelijke Huisje.
13..Delivery time
1. The delivery times stated by Anna's Landelijke Huisje are indicative and do not entitle the customer to dissolution or compensation if they are exceeded, unless the parties have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. The delivery time commences when the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic confirmation) from Anna's Landelijke Huisje.
3. Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the agreement, unless Anna's Landelijke Huisje cannot deliver within 14 days after being reminded in writing or the parties have agreed otherwise.

The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the products ordered by him can take place on time.
15..Transport costs
Transport costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
16..Packing and shipping
1. If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must, before receiving the product, have a note drawn up by the forwarder or delivery person, failing which Anna's Landelijke Huisje cannot be held liable. held for any damage.

17..Warranty
1. The warranty with regard to products only applies to defects caused by faulty manufacture, construction or material.

3. The risk of loss, damage or theft of the products that are the subject of an agreement between the parties, transfers to the customer at the moment when they are legally and / or actually delivered, or at least come under the control of the customer or from a third party who takes delivery of the product on behalf of the customer.
18..Exchanges and returns
1. Exchange is only possible if the following conditions are met:
• exchange takes place within 7 days after purchase against presentation of the original invoice, with attached price label, and unused condition.
• the product is returned in the original packaging or with the original (price) tags still attached
• the product has not yet been used
2. Discounted items, items from the draw, or bid, and sale products cannot be exchanged.
3. We can charge you for any depreciation of the product due to, for example, damage. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. You will have to place a new order.
19..Disclaimer
The customer indemnifies Anna's Landelijke Huisje against all claims from third parties related to the products and / or services delivered by Anna's Landelijke Huisje.
20. Complaints
1. The customer must examine a product or service provided by Anna's Landelijke Huisje as soon as possible for any shortcomings.
2. If a delivered product or service does not comply with what the customer could reasonably expect from the agreement, the customer must inform Anna's Landelijke Huisje of this as soon as possible, but in any case within 1 day after discovery of the shortcomings. set.

21..Notice of default
